In constant motion

TakeItWithYou3.gifThree children's books are on the drawing board right now, and keeping me busy every available moment. Another upcoming book, about WWII-era quilting-on-the-go, needed this quick cover illustration last week.

I think I know how she feels...as well as the folks on the camel. I've been switching gears a lot lately from the briskly creative to a more thoughtful, careful pace, but trying to approach each moment with confidence.

But the images from the books are always in my head, and I think I'm starting to see the shapes of these ideas in my morning coffee. — lec
