Painting History
The book continues to come to life. There are a number of historical settings and scenes in it, but this one just has a boy and his dog and a bag of gold. – lec
Back to the present
The pictures on my drawing table are going back and forth between a natural setting in America and the Mediterranean setting in ancient Turkey. The story about the lost deer is very sweet and partly autobiographical on the part of the author. I'll share more details here when the book becomes available. –lecDistribution time
Right now a lot of painting and graphic design is happening all at once. Everything is moving forward, but there are a few hurdles too. In short, I've never been busier, never felt better, never been happier about what I do than I am right now. I trust those who will be receiving the artwork will be just as happy very soon.
An uphill climb
There's still quite a lot of work in progress, but this book is off to the publisher. The book I'm currently illustrating features a historical Mediterranean setting. – lec
